Originally created as H.R.H (Hustle Real Hard) which was founded in 2008 following the death of Keyon “ACE” Campbell by cousins and friends with a goal of helping other youth pursue their dreams and overcome adversity by hustling hard. Things were paused as the founders continued their education and prepared for their careers. Now as young adults they want to use their experience and resiliency to support others.

Sejean was born in Jamaica and came to Canada when he was 3 years old, where he lived with his mom, aunt, and grandma. He attended Mother Teresa High School in Scarborough. When he was a youth in Malvern, he had the pleasure of being a part of several youth initiatives with a few city, and community leaders. He is still involve

Sejean was born in Jamaica and came to Canada when he was 3 years old, where he lived with his mom, aunt, and grandma. He attended Mother Teresa High School in Scarborough. When he was a youth in Malvern, he had the pleasure of being a part of several youth initiatives with a few city, and community leaders. He is still involved with some of the community leaders and initiatives to date. He studied technical analysis for the past 5 years and it has blessed him with the ability to work from home, giving him time to commit to other initiatives. Currently, he is day trading full time. His drive is from a best friend he lost to gun violence when he was 18 years old in 2007. He puts 100% effort into anything he commits to.

Dameon has been involved in politics for decades and he grew up watching policies being made. He currently serves as secretary of the Scarborough North Riding Federal Association, the Provincial board and the candidate selection committee.
Dameon attended Tyndale University and Humber College. His career included several positions such as union rep with United Steelworks Union, Property Management in training, Shift Lead and Security Supervisor for one of the largest security companies. Dameon is a registered Chaplain. His community work includes being a youth leader at Evangel Temple & Bethlehem Assembles DC, where he did community outreach, community clean up and mentoring youth. Dameon has served in the capacity of Director for the Overflowing Water Ministry, where he worked with Indigenous communities in Ontario and Manitoba.
Dameon is the Vice-Chair of the largest Black Conservative organization in Canada, he is also the Director of the Policies / By-law Committee.

Paul has been a resident in the Town of Ajax for almost 26 years and takes an interest in the community and its issues and future challenges.

Paul is a designated professional accountant and also holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration.
Paul is married with three grown children and has been active with political campaigns and organizations in the community.

Anthonisha was born in Scarborough, raised in Ajax. Attended St. Catherine of Siena Catholic School and Notre Dame Catholic Secondary School in Ajax. A graduate from the Nursing program at Durham College in Oshawa. Participated in activities within her community growing up. Was a Kumon Teacher Assistant teaching children English and Math. Is now a Nurse with experience caring for those in Long Term Care, Community, Mental Health, Medical-Surgical and Maternity. She is passionate about helping the youth within her community by providing them with various skills and opportunities to excel in life. Anthonisha is also an entrepreneur with her own health and wellness business offering beauty services and training for aspiring entrepreneurs. This organization is her pride and joy as it is in memory of her late cousin, Keyon “ACE” Campbell.

Stephen, a native of Barbados lost his best friend at the age of 11 due to suicide and made a promise to his friend and himself; take the best from the worst situations, and always be a listener to the ones crying for help.
He spent most of his life fighting to survive so when he found stability in 1996, he spent time helping the youth in his community through soccer and social development. He then decided to become certified as a coach and help kids develop through sports.

Kanyka was born in Montreal, Quebec and lived there until the age of 7. As a young child she participated in many community activities and events with her grandmother and the Montreal Grenadian Association; this is where she developed a love of the arts and entertainment.

Kanyka was born in Montreal, Quebec and lived there until the age of 7. As a young child she participated in many community activities and events with her grandmother and the Montreal Grenadian Association; this is where she developed a love of the arts and entertainment.
She started playing mas when she was 6 and she loved it.
She played junior carnival queen once and individual twice.
Kanyka moved to Malvern in Scarborough with her mother where she grew up and attended primary and secondary school. Living in Malvern, Kanyka became very aware of the different traumas that young people face day to day and was moved to assist in any way she could.
After graduating from Pope John Paul II Secondary Catholic School she entered the workforce. Later she began her own business, Kammazing Events, where she entertains children at birthday parties and other family events.
Seeing a need within the community, Kanyka expanded her business to include community events.

Dawn Jacqueline Matthew was born in Montreal Quebec, the second child out of three in a traditional Grenadian home. As a result of losing her father, from a car accident, Dawn learnt the meaning of hard work, independence and responsibility at a young age. She entered into work force at the age of 14 to assist her mother with expenses while attending school. Fully bilingual she graduated from Concordia University where she majored in Political Science and minored in Arts. After her studies Dawn had worked for several corporate organizations, always exceeding expectations and moving up the ladder quickly. She is a valued professional with over 15 years of administrative and executive assistance experience. Currently, Dawn Matthew is the Office Manager of the Ajax Provincial Community Office. As Office Manager, Dawn engages with the Ajax community and manages the day to activity of the office. Before managing the Ajax office, Dawn worked with Black Business and Professional Association in Toronto, also as Executive Assistant to the President. Dawn managed all aspects of the office including assisting in coordinating the BBPA National Scholarships, with over 100 recipients and the Harry Jerome Awards, a Gala celebrating Black Excellence across Canada. A people person, Dawn has always given back to her community in some shape or form. Her specialty, working with kids. From coordinating Talent shows to coaching basketball, children have always captured her heart. In 2014, she was one if the founding members for the Canadian United Cultural Community Centre, she assisted in developing the rules and regulations of the organization and attended different networking events to bring awareness to the organization and its mission, as well as to get support. She had also assisted in developing an after school program for children of government housing to assist with homework and social skills. She personally tutored the children in Math and French. Dawn also volunteered at her time with the children at her local church as a Caravan Instructor. Assisting in mentoring and developing children of different age groups spiritually, mentally, and physically by using Bible lessons and real world experiences as a guide. The children earn skill badges after every lesson is completed successfully.
